These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between 711cuc ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the services provided through the website at711cuc.cam (the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the Platform, you ("the Player", "Useryou") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

711cuc operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players located in Malaysia. Each Player may register one Account on the 711cuc Platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are required to keep this information current and promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 711cuc strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

711cuc shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our Customer Support team immediately via live chat or email.

All accounts are subject to KYC verification. 711cuc reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until satisfactory verification documents have been submitted and approved. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 to 48 business hours under normal circumstances.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 711cuc Platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). 711cuc supports a range of locally relevant payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliq, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method (from RM 20 for e-wallets to RM 50 for bank transfers). Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately or within the processing time stated for each method. 711cuc does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the 711cuc Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual games or sports markets are available within each game interface and product section:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform. 711cuc shall not reverse or cancel a settled bet on the basis of a Player's change of mind.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game or bet settlement, 711cuc will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with the relevant Game Rules. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected round or bet may be declared void and all stakes returned.
• For sports betting markets, 711cuc reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, cancelled, or where results are overturned by a governing sporting body.

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending Account, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanical means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Coluding with other players in any card game, live table game, or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winings not derived from legitimate gameplay.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or financial crime using the711cuc Platform.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or interfering with the Platform's security systems.

• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet connectivity issues outside of 711cuc's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform that is later found to contain an error, subject to our correction and void procedures.
• Any taxation implications arising from winings, which remain the sole responsibility of the Player under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits711cuc's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

711cuc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law or regulatory requirements, changes in platform services or features, corrections of errors or ambiguities, or other operational requirements.

Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor corrections or clarifications may be updated without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of 711cuc's operating licence. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, Players may submit a formal complaint in writing to our compliance team at the email address provided in the Contact Us section. 711cuc commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

711cuc does not consent to any resolution mechanism that would permit class action claims or consolidated proceedings involving multiple unrelated Players.
